Energy LRSO Program

Plantek’s Low Risk Shared Opportunity (LRSO) program is designed to squarely address the supply shortage in qualified energy industry professionals. This program demonstrates our commitment to the energy industry in action. We also know this program will delight our customers and prospect customers in line with our mission statement.

As part of our LRSO program, Plantek will onboard fresh and bright talent and align them with current or future energy industry demands. LRSO candidates are provided full time and gratis for first 1 to 3 months (depending on skillset) to Energy Industry clients. An option to extend or decline, after first 1-3 months, based on performance and quoted contract rate (Low Risk) provides a win-win win situation for candidate, client and Plantek (Shared Opportunity).
